328xi Lease Question - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I called other BMW dealers, and this was the best deal I got. What do you guys think? 328xi Sedan.

3 year. 15K miles per year. $2500 down. (includes everything) 500/mon including taxes.

Auto, cold weather, sport package, paddle shifters, metallic paint, xenons, power seats

MSRP: 40,770
Invoice: 38,390
Sales price: 38,770

Good deal?

need to know money factor, residual, cap cost, etc... so far it sounds pretty decent to be honest, xenons are standard though, as are the power seats because you got the sports package...

power seats dont come with sport package. it comes with premium. unless it's different for an e90

You want to know what the cap cost is (selling price of car).

You should check the threads in the New Car Ordering.... section of this site

Not sure of the money factor, residual or cap cost. Thanks for the insight. Xenons and power seats are not standard on the 08 328xi. They are standard on the 335xi.

Selling Price: 38,770.
And the national average of "what people are paying" for the car is 39,818.
I paid a few hundred over invoice, so I thought it was a good deal.

I posted the question in that section of the forums, but no one answered, so I tried here.

Any other thoughts on this deal given the info I have? Thanks alot!

Never ever ever close a deal on a lease w/out knowing the money factor you are being charged.

$500 over invoice is good. You should still be able to cut $8-10 a month off that price

I think the February money factor was .00175 or .0021. I checked an online lease calculator, and everything seemed to work out.

Any other opinons on the deal?

Without MF,tax rates, etc. it's hard for us to give accurate opinions. Be sure to go to leaseguide.com/calc.htm and play around with the numbers. If everything looks good to you, then it's probably a good deal.
