Good Lease Deal on 335xi?

I'm new to this site - this is awesome.

2008 335xi coupe
36mo. / 15k miles per yr
premium
sport
ipod
sat. radio
heated seats
metallic paint

MSRP: $49,670
Money Factor: .0023
Discount: $2,500 off MSRP
Free window tinting and floor mats

Still debating whether i want to put some money down or do the MSDs...

Is this a good deal?

Monthly payment is $750 (with no $ down except, security deposit (750) + Title, Tags & Misc (166) + first months payment (750))

Also, FYI residual is 59%.

I do plan on putting money into the MSD program, just not sure how much yet...so my payment will be lower, but this is the base w/ no additional $ down.

Has anybody heard anything bad about the MSD program? I am nervous that at the end of the lease, since they already have my $, they will be more inclined to charge me for wear & tear, etc. (in essence finding ways to keep my money) than if they didn't have my money.

Sounds pretty good, (2500 off MSRP) but you have to know invoice before you can make a deal. For a 335xi sedan I was quoted 2500 down and 588/mon. But it only had step, metallic and cold weather.

invoice was $45,570 (including destination of $775) so there was $4,100 difference.. so I was $1,670 over invoice. I have been seeing a lot of $1,000 over invoice and less for the 328s and the i's but haven't seen much discount on the 335xi's on this forum...

thanks for the opinions guys.
