Click on "Go Advanced" at the bottom of the page. Enter at least one letter in the text box. Scroll down the page and you'll see a button labeled "Manage Attachments". Click this and a window will appear. You can select up to five pictures at a time. Click browse and select the picture you want. When all have been included click "Upload"; the pictures will be uploaded to the server. Once it has finished, click "Close Window". Make any further text changes and submit the post.

This assumes you're trying to load pictures from your own computer.
