Pulled over...it wasn't me! any ideas? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Ok, So I was driving back to work today and was pulled over when I wasn't speeding...Take a look at my notes (which I will present to the judge)...and let me know what you think..

Thursday February 19th

There were two black BMW 325xi’s. I was in front of the BMW and moved to the right (middle lane) to let her pass. She went by me, obviously in a greater speed then I was traveling at. There were 5 troopers pulled over to the right hand side which had a black Hyundai pulled over. I continued to travel on 684 doing APPROX: 65 (I have a speed limiter set on my car at 70MPH so that it would “ding” if I travel above to remind me to slow down). One trooper (Officer A) flew by me and pulled over the other BMW which was a decent amount of distance in front of me. Another trooper (Officer B) followed behind him and then eased back and got behind me and pulled me over. That officer (Officer B) had asked me to pull up behind the other officer (Officer A) which I did. The other officer (Officer A) looked back to (Officer B) and shook his head and let her go. Officer B left the scene, and Officer A came up to me and issued me a ticket for going 80 in a 65. When I asked Officer A how he figured it was me, as both of us were Black BMW’s and they pulled both of us over since they were unsure as to who was speeding, he replied back with “It was you, the other officer (Officer B) radar’d you from up top”. If Officer B indeed did say it was me, then he would have only pulled me over and Officer A would not have made the decision on whether or not the first BMW was the individual speeding.

these are very good notes! you're not attacking anyone directly but still getting your message across. very diplomatic.

i guess if you were an attractive female with a nice rack, you'd be let go as well and someone else would get your ticket. i hate cops that are easily influenced by hot girls.

hope you get that ticket off your record...

she was a middle aged woman...im a 23 y.o male....She possibly couldn't of been speeding..NEVER! not to mention when she passed by, I saw she had a notepad on her steering wheel...

but if i told the cop that..he would think i am up to no good...however, I'm very observant on what goes on around me..especially b/c I assumed someone my age was driving it the way it was being driven.
