2.9% for Dummies
O.K. people, I was in the car business for 14 years. When I "retired" I was a General Sales Manager. So, point being, I understand dealer advertising and the way the whole thing works.
Here goes: 1) 2.9% is available on "Certified Used" BMW's. Check the dealer (not the Ebay) link above. Click on "New Car Specials" and you will see "Sorry, none available" The Ebay link shows a 2006 BMW, but read close... The car is "Certified"...(i.e. USED). 2) Rates and lease money factors vary from not only Country to Country, but also from region to region. The Northeast region may OR may not have the same deals as say the Midwest region. Hope this clarifies.... ![]()
