Back on topic, the mpg on my OBC is exactly the same as my anorak brim-to-brim calculations

I've found both the e90 and e87 OBCs to be pretty accurate. The previous three e46s weren't bad either but earlier threes were lousy being sometimes up to 20% out compared to brim to brim calculations.

Mine says that I get 24mpg which gets me about 300 miles to a tank and I dont drive that hard but it is mostly around town. I got 400 miles when on a run. Mine is a auto 330 E90

that is good! I get 250 for mostly city driving, 350 for mostly freeway

I've tracked my e92 335d for 8200 miles, average 34.58 on brim-to-brim calculations, OBC 34.6

Pretty accurate!

On a single tank, worst mpg was 29.64, best 39.19
