I work for a metal alloy company..

We have some scraped Turbo Kompressor wheels as it looks.. Probably for a truck.. but just imagine the possibilites!

Sweet - those are huge - hit the gas and come back after grabbing a coffee and the lag should amost be finished, then you should get enough boost to toss the pistons out the oilpan - but it would be good fun for a minute!!

Probably have to mount it in you backseat though - not really enough space under the hood!

I wouldn't put it on my even if it was given to me.

MTU is part of Mercedes-Benz company.
it produces lagre diesel engines that used in varios machines like german tanks and etc.
other application is engine generator. it used to produce electrical power as back-up power to utility company. in USA they sold under Detroit Diesel name.

They look to be about the size of CAT turbos on their big heavy equipment, pretty massive.
