Greetings.
I will make some close up pictures of the vinyl. However the first time I saw it, I had difficulties to distinguish vinyl white shiny between alpine white.

I first came across this when I was invited at racing circuit in Salzburg at European Speedway and one Porsche GT3 had is as well.

There was also one normal white Porsche and to tell you the truth, the vinyl lookef far better than the factoriy paint of the Porsche.

The cutting in corner etc are done with German preciosn work.. just amazing. Its hard to see any difference. The vinly shines the same as normal non metalic paint. So in this case as alpine white.

As I said pictures will tell the truth later. I guess I will have them up in 1 week, as I am still stuck in London.

is this the same 3m vinyl material people use as clear bra? if so than you can wax and polish too just like your paint. This is very interesting.

A couple corrections.

Paint that us cured doesn't breathe. This will not hurt it.

Also, you can not get a paint job for $2000, unless it's Maaco or you're the painter.

i'm pretty sure there's going to be a demand here in the States for this product; personally I want to "foil" my truck to a flat matte finish even if the vinyl is only good for 3 yrs...

Thats crazy man, it looks awesome and the fact that you can change the color of your car by peeling away the vinyl is pretty nice, but i think this would only look appropiate as you did it from from black to white because the door jams, engine bay, and under the trunk will reveal the original color of the car. White with black door jams doesnt look too bad since you got the black roof going on...

I can already see this being used in a movie. The car is like the OP's..black turned white and is used to rob a bank. Then they rip off the vinyl and go back to a black car to throw off the cops, lol.
