M3 Replicas 18 in 2007 E90x nonlowered

Hello All!
I am a newbie so please be patient with me on my first post.

I have a 2007 E90 sedan nonlowered XI. By far, the hottest rims I have seen available for this car is the style 260 (M3 replica rims) As I read through several posts over the past few weeks, I have seen interest on the part of others in an 18 inch rim (style 260) for this vehicle which is not currently available. This rim is only available in a 19 inch. The manufacturer FAAM wheels offers this fittment in Italy.

Is it possible that one of our distributors such as finishline or jlevisw is able to do a group buy for us to accommodate purchase of this rim for our cars in an 18 inch? Other rims available in an 18 inch are just not appealing to me at all.

I live in Michigan and my friends that have 19's on their vehicles have had major issues with potholes. The potholes are awful here and thus 19's are out of the question.

I look forward to hearing back on this. BTW, I have learned a lot over the past several weeks and really enjoy reading posts on this forum. This forum rocks!!

We can certainly try to make an 18" wheel happen but we would need at least 10-15 committed buyers with deposits. Let's get a list going and see who is interested.

I'd be interested depending on how much the 18" would weigh.

Thanks for the quick response Nick. That is awesome. I would definitely be willing to put a deposit down on an 18 in group buy. I am looking forward to hearing from the others interested in an 18".

I would be interested if I knew the weight and if you sell them non-staggered. Also, if wheels+tires packages will be offered. Thanks.

Based on our other replica 18" wheels, these would be about 24-25lbs and would be available in non staggered.

As with the majority of our wheels, W+T packages would be available.

Nick, by when can you have these? We prefer to have them staggered 18x8.0 -18x9.0 just like your M5 style wheel.

We would need to get a list and deposits from 10-15 buyers. After that, about 4-6 weeks min.

Haven't determined that yet but lets get a list going to see if we can even make it happen. For reference, the 19's retail at $1199.

well, it's hard to commit to buy "imaginary" wheels.
I wouldn't commit to buy anything if don't know the specs and price.
I guess they will have to build one experimental set, put a price and then they will have a list of committed buyers, imho.

I have purchased wheels and tires from Tire Rack with a prior Bimmer, and I was very pleased with them. In fact... I which I still had those wheels. Deep-dish 5-spoke stars. Gorgeous.

Good luck everyone.
