How many people will want the 18" M3 Replicas? I have a 335xi Sedan Montego Blue but don't want the bigger size rims because of the following reasons:
1. Potholes in my area (NYC) ![]() 2. Harsher ride ![]() 3. Less performance. 4. Wheels and tires are heavier ![]() 5. Cost of wheels ![]() 6. Cost of tires ![]() 7. Bridgestone RE-01R and Dunlop Direzza Z1 best extreme performing summer tires, don't come in 235/35/19" or 265/30/19. ![]() I like the M3 replicas, but they only make them in 19". This wheel is the best looking wheel for the E90 (Montego Blue) in my opinion, so is only right to have these in 18", just like the 2008 M3. |

Poll makes no sense but there are a lot of very good reasons to go with 18 wheels and tires. 19" Wheels are popular for their aesthetics only, there is no performance benefit, they weigh more, and limit your tire selection... So yeah.
In a glass smooth world 19" wheels make some sense, they aren't the end of the world, I had 19's on for about a year with no complaints...

I personally like the 260 style rims very much. 19's are just too hard for UK roads.
Not found many places selling these though. |
