Just ordered my oem aero lip today from Tischer. Thanks for the heads about the good price. I got it for 295 shipped. plus you can select to be painted (extra $160). Can't wait to get it.

I have an original OEM Aero lip purchased from BMW for around $450... I installed it a few weeks ago and the sides dont go up to the fender by maybe 0.5cm... is this normal ?

No...it should be flush. The only time I've seen it too short for the entire bumper are replicas.

edit: if you got it from BMW though, i'm sure you installed it wrong...

Maybe you're putting too much tape? When I installed my OEM aerolip, it wasn't sitting flush. I removed it and noticed the tape was bunching up so I removed the excessive tape and the lip was flush.

that is most likely the case, I'll remove the excess tape.

Well got my lip installed and clear film protection but on the whole front on the car.

This was my first mod and I was not sure how it mounted and I had lots of question plus it was hard to find answers.

Hope some of these pics help anyone with that. I ordered it from Tischer.
Aero lip $295
Shipping $70
paint service $ 160.

SHIPPING: it arrives very safe.

the blue tape was me already getting ready for install.

quality is great. good product

mounting points are from under neath and use the existing screws, plus double side tape on the upper part of the lip.

Just place the tape on the inside part of the lip which has a indent section were the tape goes. first clean it with alcohol and let dry. Once the tape is on, fold a small tab to expose it so you can crab it to peal it off once into the correct mounting location. something like this. sorry forgot to take a pic of the inside.

I got some touch-up paint from stealership $30 but it works great.

finished deal
