I have a newbie questions about rims and tires size for E92 335xi

I found a set of winter package ....but not sure if it fits my car,,,,

BMW Style 120 rims Double spoke 18x8 14mm offset 5x120 with Dunlop Wintersport M3 DSST 245/45/18 tires

Any idea?

The offset is waaaaaayyyyy toooo low.
