Is **********s still in business?

I have sent several emails to 3 different people, PM, and called on the phone. Nobody answers my inquiries and their phone gives a weird "fast busy" (both numbers). I am very concerned as I placed an order 5 weeks ago for a tire and wheel package (M6 reps/ GYF1-GsD3's). I was told they were in stock and they would take about a week and a half to two weeks to get them. Of course they charged my CC immediately.

Then I receive an email saying the rears are back ordered and it would mid-April when they come back in stock. Mid-April I get another email stating they will be in next day and go right out to me. So far I can understand.
This was two weeks ago now though and nobody will even acknowledge me. What really pisses me off though is the bill from the CC company is here way before my wheels!

So, are they still around or did they go belly-up? The funny thing is I have never read a bad thing about them on the forums before...I guess you never know...

Just for the record, I sent Ivan an email this past Friday and again yesterday. I sent James a PM this morning. I sent an email to your order status address. I called several times throughout the day. No response. You tell me (5 weeks later)-what would you think? Funny, responses are almost instant when it comes time to take an order though...hmmmm
I have been extremely patient and understanding throughout this whole process, but I have now reached my limit.

Bob, I feel your pain bro! When I read this post I thought I wrote this myself. I have also paid for wheels and tires over a month ago. I have spoken with 3 people over there and I still get the same response. I asked to speak with a manager today and they said, "they are all in a meeting right now." I have been patient myself but I lost it today. So, what will modbargs do to rectify this situation???

they are sometimes hard to get a hold of or timely responses. but Ivan has helped me and even called me a few times which i thought was very nice to credit me on an order and give me a status update on my coilovers which are backorderd.
i agree you should get some better answers tho

uh oh. Hey guys, I order my m6 reps from them but I don't think you need to worry. They're pretty competent over there. The delay might be because of bimmerfest but who knows. I ordered matte black kidneys from them last night so hopefully they come in before bimmerfest.

I had a PM from Ron 9 minutes after I posted this. They are around. To his credit, he was offering to help. Too bad the chase for sales gets all the attention and the actual paying customers get left in the dark. My 2 cents.

I did just receive a response from Mike via email stating they shipped 5 days ago and a tracking number. Would have been nice to know-5 days ago. Well at least I should get them soon! Yeah

+10000000000000000 One minute I get the back order answer then it is because of them updating the computers? All I wanted was an answer. It is funny how my payment went through though. I got all the answers when I was asking about the wheels. After I bought them though...................?

Bob, I swear that we had the EXACT same experience with the same guys. I finally got my tracking numbers today after I called them again.
