I'm about to bite the bullet and am looking for thoughts on the proposed deal. How is it?

MSRP $44,570.00
Selling price $42,030 = ($40,795 invoice +$900 over invoice + MACO)
Residual 76%
24 months
5% sales tax
Drive off fees $619.30
Payments $550.05

DId I miss anything? Seems spot on according to the Excel calculator, still seems a bit high though.
