OK, Got the Breyton Race GTS wheels Mounted. Gray FTW!

I got the Valve Stem Core in the mail and with a valve stem tool had it installed in about 30 seconds, Aired up the last tire and got to work. 20 Minutes later...

Here's the Results...

I freaking love em! Without a lip they just look freaking huge and the Gray is a perfect shade. Only went for a short drive so I cannot comment on the Continentals other than they have a great smooth feel to them.

Anyway, Here's the shots.

19" Breyton Race GTS.

And no I didn't wash the car... It's filthy...

Finished Look, Old and New wheels, some other shots...

Umm What?

Ah I see, No Drop cause I don't live in the hood and I'm not 18. No painted reflectors... Cause yeah, I think the OEM reflectors look nice and I could give a shit.

Been through the many different reasons why dropped BMWs are kinda overdone, but mostly it's just a desire to not look like a High School Civic project. It sits just fine as is and I don't have to be too terrified of every speed bump, curb, etc.

I drive this thing, I don't want to compromise the handling and create problems. THough it would be nice to have the front end about 1/2 inch lower, but otherwise I'm good.

Total damage was right at $2500. All told after selling my DPEs it cost me about $53. I've got less expensive, less high maintenance wheels and I'm stoked. No more hand wringing worrying about expensive wheels.

Those rims look great ! I wonder if they would look as good on the graphite gray or would they blend in too much. Might have to drop some cash soon

Thanks folks, I am glad I went with something that is a little different, for now anyway. I am very please with the way it turned out, a bit more subtle than the DPE's and I kind of like that. Will most likely be replacing the Breyton caps with BMW though, Might try to find some gray and black carbon or just gray and white or blue and white roundels.

I like those better then your DPE's. Damn, I never took the time to check out the new GTS's. . . . they're pretty dope. Similar to the new and gorgeous HRE 1 piece monoblock wheels

oh one more thing, I love the engraved writing around the center caps. I think thats always looked great, looks sporty. . . . reminiscent of BBS, OEM CSL's, and so on

BTW, shall I make you a new signature picture using these?
