Finding out what PROGman version you have....

Anyone know how to do this?

I took delivery of my car early March 08' and it was built in late January.

Thanks for any help guys. SharkEDIT FTW! (a little early I know...)

I'm wondering the same thing.

I'm itching to put on my SSTT (Break in period is over) but if it stores some code that will void my warranty. F it... I'll stick with 300/300.

The only real way to tell is to have it hooked up to the programming computer at the dealer to see what progman status its at.

Crap. Ok, thanks. I am just trying to find out if my warranty is gonna be voided when I bring it in. My car is pretty new and I have been running a tune for a while so the new torque detecting software (if I have it) is probably storing a code....

like i've stated before, if you dont bring your car in with a complaint that will give them reason to open up the ecu box and dig for some type of software/flash you will be fine....

I use to use this method, but I found that by pressing up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, B, A, select, start works the best.

Seriously though... I have no idea, sorry.

Now all we need is an adapter to fit this to the OBDII and we are set... the game genie can crack any DME encryption with ease. Someone call up Steve Dinan and tell him that we found the solution for the MSDv81 ...
