Someone came into work at the BMW factory with the mother of all hangovers and just put them on.

To speak to BMW you will probably need to have writen down the cars VIN number. Is it me or do the pipes look a bit thinner than on the 335d?

they had a 335d there used i looked twice at them both the same i will look next at the M3 they had, it could have a 320d turned down tail pipe lol

Maybe it is new and genuine and has the same twin-turbo turbodiesel as the 123D

Looks like the factory have had an early beer festival at lunch.

They serve beer in most Bavarian factories. Maybe they had some brit contract workers who went on a bender.....

I have heard of workers at Ford's in Liverpool in the 80's buidling cars to their own spec on the line. Ghia seats with an L badge....

The iDrive knob doesn't mean anything does it - I thought that comes with the prof navigation?

I agree paddles would be a giveaway!

Can't you have the auto and paddles on just about anything in the 3 now?

I'd agree though that it looks like a wrongly badged 335. Though who and why would be the question.

Could be that a customer asked them to put a 325d on a 335d to make it stealthy.

i think the police would pull you for this as they may do a phone check. police computer may say 335 and it has 325d on the back they may think its a ringer

Very good spot! The car you have seen is acutally a 335d M Sport Coupe but it has arrived from BMW with the incorrect badge of a 325d. It is being changed. Please call us when you get this message so that we can help you look for the correct car.

shame the BMW dealer can not spell 'actually'!!

How on earth did they stick a 325 badge on it??!!

(and the message actually reads 'oh f*CK, none of us spotted that!, we will get a new badge ordered and stuck on asap
