Guys...
Fow much are these fees in Florida? i need this info ASAP. I really appreciate your help. LEMON LAW FEE BATTERY FEE TIRE FEE TAG FEE FL. RENTAL SURCHARGE DOC FEE REGISTRATION FEE Thanks a lot... Beto |

Would it hurt to ask point blank, which of these fees are required by law to be directly passed on to the purchaser. Ask for the specific agency to double check.
One thing i do know: doc fee is a dealer add on, Tell him to take it off. (Or reduce the price by that amount - whatever).

You can also just call the competition and ask about those fees. There are dealerships that charge, dealership fees too, which are not necessary.

Beto: I think the tag fee, battery and tire disposal fee are legit/routine, should be a couple of bucks. Not sure about lemon law fees or FL rental (what the heck is that)? Processing fee (profit for doing paperwork) should not be more than 250 at the most!!
