Install took around 45 minutes for me to do on a lift

Haha! Hunter u got it on your own...its pretty basic. Hardest part is taking the bumper on and off which isnt too bad on the e90/e92

I dident even remove the bumper, just drop the cover off the bottom and its right there!

Install really couldent be easier

Can someone tell me how much louder the exhaust will be if I add the intercooler? I have an AE exhaust from the DP's back with the secondary cat's deleted. Thanks.

question on the piping.. So it uses all stock piping and hardware? I dont see how this would gain that much power if we using stock piping with just a little bigger fmic..

and with stock piping does that mean the turbo lag should be the same?

The intercooler shouldn't affect your exhaust tone... and this is a bolt on kit it utilizing the stock hoses and hardware. All the info we can provide is the dyno charts we have here and results we've seen so far, not 100% sure how a more effecienbt cooling charge can/will affect turbo lag but your certainly welcome to drop an email ( sales@raceprecision.com )to RPI or call them directly at 562-630-5966!! Hope this helps...
