not to put down RPI, it sure is a good FMIC...however, from what was published, Helix seemed like a better performing product for less money...RPI has more reputation though...

Unfortunately we're not going to have a tru side by side numbers comparison until both IC's are tested on the same dyno under the same conditions. I'm sure independant tests would show which is more efficient in turn showing which is making more power. As stated in this thread the RPI unit uses a Bell core and i'm not sure who the competitors are using for a core but I know you can get cores from China and offer a IC at $500 each if you like!!

Core pressure drop spec is .5psi at 450hp(600cfm) airflow. i just wanted to kno a side by side comparison

Received the RPI the other day and must say the craftsmanship looks extremely top notch.
The core, welds and inlets and outlets look to match the factory connections perfectly. It arrived in perfect condition as well. Hey Supreme thanks for staying on top of RPI for the tracking number and much thanks for the shirt.

Why would they? You didn't install an aftermarket oil cooler, you installed an intercooler that cools air.

+1, I wouldn't think your oil temp's would be affected at all!
