They've got plates. They must already belong to someone/some organization. That's my best guess because BMWs always get transported in those white 4 car transporter things.

uhhhh, it is sitting on the second top ramp. It is the third car from the front on the third pic.

i sure a lot of people thought it was pretty cool in it's day....till it crashed and blew up.
