Has anyone had oil leak into their intercooler?
If so, is there a way to clean an intercooler? or check for oil blockage?

I'm pretty sure that his is somewhat normal.
This is one of the reasons that the oil catch can is being sold.

Normal for pretty much every FI car, get a catch can if it worries you.

apparently carb cleaner will clear it out....might be a good idea to remove it and flush it every so often.

The oil build up can be in your intake pipe, as well and inside your turbo. Clean it out as much as you can and get yourself a catch can. Many people don't know how efficient a catch can is until they look in the intake pipes or intercooler pipes themselves.
