If that is the ONLY choice open to you, get the 335.

Personally I don't like the "corolla" grey interior, nor am I a red car fan, but I am sure I could overlook all that for those loverly twin turbos forcing air into that 3.0 6

However, I have constantly encouraged people to get exactly what they want. Why are you restricting your choices, is it money or delivery time?

I waited for my car for 4 months because I wanted to own exactly what I wanted and not compromise. I am glad I waited, and that each morning I am not greeted by a colour or trim choice I wasn't able to make for myself.

Hey JamieA,

The spec. list of your car sounds like its fully optioned. Bet its luurvely.

I got the color and trim I wanted, but did not consider options as all I wanted was 18" stockies and that was it.

I had no idea there were so many customisations available.

I love the Monaco blue, and the beige is classic leather, but next time around I would get something more like a 2-tone, darker tan/black with plywood finish and al the electrical options. Perhaps matt black too.

Then flash it... hehehe

That would be my utlimate 335...

Thanks MNR0, I have to say that it is the only car I have had that I still love 2 years down the track.

The next one will definitely be different. Would love a 335, but sadly the need to buy a new house is putting that dream off for another purchase cycle, but I have told myself that I will spare nothing then.

Next time (I have about 9-12 months left with the 325) it will be the updated E90, and hopefully they will have plugged the gap between 325 and 335 with a 328 or something similar, and I intend to load it up again.

I know it may sound strange, but the thing I want the most for the interior is the anthracite headliner. They didn't offer it when I bought mine, and frankly there are heaps of options that have either halved in price, or become available since. But as with all things you can perpetually wait until the right time, or seize life today and enjoy it.

hehehe this is funny.
I'm not quite sure how you cease life today & enjoy it, especially given it's ceased and therefore over.
(i know you meant seize, however the literal interpretation was just too amusing to pass up )

Good call there. An uncharacteristic slip up I would say, I am normally the language police

My 2 bobs worth..
Some great feedback here..ie: be patient and get the car that YOU want. No one else's opinion matters diddly squat in the final wash-up. Bottom line is that the options you suggest both comprise great cars. For me personally it was a 335 vert (go the verts).
I doubt whether I personally would ever get sick of listening to the 2x turbos spooling up, lid down on a sunny afternoon on a curvy section of road, regardless of actual speed. But again its a personal preference thing first and foremost -"viva la differance'."
