Yeah the side arrows are only on the 2 front sills. The rear ones just say "BMW". I probably didn't take enough pics of rear sills to show this difference. If you look at the 5th pic you'll see a shot of the rear sill in daylight.

I think this is a nice feature that should come standard equipment on all e90s. My friend's Acura TSX (nice car) had aluminum door sills. I do think that charging $800 for something like this is a bit too much.. or not.. (not enough to keep me from doing it lol)

Pretender: impress other drivers? nah.. I'm only interested in impress my date. Err, i mean, my "pessengers". BTW I see you're in SJ area, are you coming to our next NorCal meet? Let's get together for a drive sometime.

I think its adds a nice touch, but quite expensive for such a minor mod. Guess if you have the $$ to throw around, who cares!!

had those on my old accord, the part actualy cost like 50 haha they were the same quality. after about a year or so condensation gets inside the led wireing area and the light will eventually go out, then they have to be replaced. hopefuly these are constructed better than honda... its a door sil so... doubt it..

those are sick. I wonder if the 335i coupe will get these and they will be less since there is only two doors to do instead of four

it looks nice and classy but i think the price puts people off.that is why i chose the m sills instead.
ironically, my g9 2002 corolla 1500cc manual came with illuminated sills as a a package deal too. the lights are still working after 4.5 yrs. orig bmw quality is great but at a cost.

These sills are made of aluminum (complements interior aluminum trim very well) is top quality. It's been 6 months since I had these and they're still clean as new and with no scratches.

and : on the e92 comment: yep, I hope it's cheaper since there are only 2 doors.

kinda makes you want to drive with all the doors open at 75mph on the freeway. now, if only there were a DIY to keep the doors from closing...

they look great!
