Back to the topic, how long do you think it would take to lose the fat around my belly if I dont do any cardio? We've been going to the gym since the middle of last semester, but I just cant/wont run...

I'm not fat, but dont have any definition. Then again, if I keep up sipping coronas, I'll never have any defition.

We do abs, obliques, bicycle kicks and flutters. But cardio BLOWS.

well haha running will build up ur stamina in bed. is that enough insentive?

no really though, you have to do the cardio.

i usually get into the gym, stretch, do cardio for 20 ish minutes, stretch, and then go do weights and lifting.. then i stretch again and do my ab workouts. then i shower and go home.

No girl has ever complained about my bedside stanimina, or expressed their dissatisfaction. But then again, they could just be being nice to my 1 inch erection


On a side note, I finally got out of bed, showered, and went to my grandmothers house. But the good news is they have some idiot with an open wireless DSL Modem...woot! Back to showing her pictures....

Do walking lunges with dumbells. Those will kick your ass. Everytime I do them, I feel like vomiting. In a good way.

Those are on Monday, and last week my thighs were still sore until Friday. 3 sets of 15, with increasing weight. Lunges make me their bitch

I love people like you whenever Im in a bind with my laptop...too bad I dont have any of these brilliant people living around me sharing their wireless signals so that I can a void the $50 monthly crap fee. Especially since I'm here for 4 months out of the year...

HAha. I have it open because my neighbosr can't use it anyway. I thikn they're too far and the signal would be too weak that it would cut in and out. My friends come over all the time for school projects.. or they just come over and they bring their laptop (nto sure why??) but because of htat, i have mine open. it just makes it easier for me and foer them.. that way..i dont have to give them teh code everytime a new person comes to my house and wants to use my inet. ;] im lazy.

I'm lazy too, but I'm brilliant at the same time....

Sitting in my room at my apartment, I picked up 42 wireless networks.
I made our encryption 64 bit which has a 10 digit passcode and used my cell number. This way whenever someone asks for it, I can supply it off the top of my head of my roommates can look it up in their phones...

Seven pounds! I lost seven pounds so far.

I'm really proud of myself. I started on March 1 and today is only the 6th. So I've lost a little over a pound a day.

I've been eating really healthy and I'm going to add my workout back in once my work and school settles down.

WOO!
