Tint suggestions NYC/Long island - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Looking to have tint installed on my car. Dealer wants 400. I know thats way too much. I had my last car done for 200 (but he screwed up my cd changer and did a crappy job putting the door panels back together. The tint job was great though). Any reccomendations in the Queens/Nassau County area?

i got my 330xi from bayside bmw. or something like that. it was like 250. But it looks like u did it already in ur sig.

two days before I saw a auto shop which located on Northern Blvd, Queens
the sign said"$149 Window tinting"
maybe you can try that one.

I saw that the other day. I belive it was Crown Auto.
I had the dealer do the tint. They did a good job.

i get mine done on all my cars in new rochelle, i went to a place that many of my friends went to.

got 2 cars done at besttire on northern blvd in great neck,ny. check the website besttire.com

paid 250 for a small suv and 225 for passat. my 330 should be here by early may and will go here as well. i dont expect to pay more than 250.

Crown is notorious for doing shoddy/poor spot work. Def stat away from places on queens blvd and northen blvd. I go to a place called Movin on sounds in Franklin square and they always do great work.

I got mine done at 212 motoring in Brooklyn NY...cost =$200.....Very Nice Job!!!!

-By the way just a reminder for all of you around the NY area the meet is on for today at 12PM at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center....

Bay Terrace Shopping Center - entrance in the middle of 26th Avenue between Bell Blvd. and Corporation Kennedy (movie theater entrance).

Indoor garage is past Movie Theater - so drive past the theater into the garage.

Garage is too far away from shopping center for people to use so it will be empty for us.

Anyone get hassled being darker than 70%?

I have 20% tint on the rear windshield and doors
35% on the front doors
never had an issue with law enforcement (KOW)
Clearview in Amityville, Long Island did the tint.
