what happened to my lower shock mount?

does this lower shock mount look normal? looks bent in the center...

You have been riding on the bump stops too much. I assume lowering springs?

ooh thats not good. or is it? i'm on koni yellows with dinan springs. it's a moderate drop of 0.4"to 0.5"ish from m-sport suspension.

With time the springs sag and the rubber pads that hold them in place deteriorate so you end up with bigger drop than 0.5". I would replace them too. Same with the bump stops. If they are beaten up replace them.

Okay maybe it was a recent pothole. These mounts are less than 5k miles
