Touch Up paint question

Hey guys

okay so my car has a few scratches on it that have gone past the clear coat and i read on the forum that in that case ill have to use touch up paint or get it repainted by the dealer (or bodyshop). Can someone please give me an explanation on how to apply the touch up paint?

Also will it show that something has been done to the car after its done ?

my car is an SB e92 if that helps...

thanks

Scroll down -- about halfway down, you'll see the heading "PAINT CHIP & SCRATCH REPAIR."
