petrol in my diesel

I just managed to put 4 ltrs off petrol in my TD5 Land rover before realising then put 60 ltrs of diesel in to dilute it .

Land rover holds 75 ltrs I hope the 4 ltrs will be diluted enough to cause no real harm

I just spoke to a AA guy he said it be ok not ideal but seams to drive ok ,

Any advice ? or just dont worry as its now done and been driven .

From what I have read of this happening to many people it will not be a problem with 4ltrs.

You'll be fine with that, maybe a bit sluggish to start in the morning. My advice would be use a 1/4 then refill - Do this twice, then use the whole tank and change the fuel filter, then brim with diesel again - Sorted

It will be fine less of an issue in the 200 or 300. Just keep topping it us as said above.

Should be ok, though I'd put a splash of 2-stroke oil in to lube the injectors just to be on the safe side!
