www.getBMWparts.com / Tischer

For f*** sake. I did an order last week (7 days a go) from www.getBMWparts.com web site. I only got email that I can check the status of my order from getBMWparts web site. The status in in processing... and has been from the order.

I have tried to get info from getBMWparts by email several times, but I have not received any replys. For f*** sake this service is poor.

I want my parts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I got the answer now as you can read from the this thread. So good service it is

whoa....if u have AIM, it should not be an issue, u could instant message them and get a quick response on the spots. its unlike evan or jason to get bak to u in an untimely manner. sorry to hear about ur situation....i've never had an issue w/ issue, and i've ordered some pretty big parts too...

Sounds like my 3G iPhone order, ordered on the day of debut.

They usually are good with their customers.

This is what I have heard. good feedback about this company and thats the reason why I did my order from them. But now this. I am pissed!

I am from Europe this might be the problem, but they should have replied on my emails.

As stated in our FAQ section directly on our homepage from which you placed your order:

6. Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO address? We will ship to P.O. Boxes and APO address, but please be aware this will take extra time to process since we currently ship exclusively with UPS. For questions or quotes pertaining to this, please email bmwpartsdepot@mileone.com with your full address and a summary of the parts you are looking to purchase. We will make special trips to our local post office to ship via USPS for International, P.O. and APO addresses.


We do honestly strive to have international orders shipped out as soon as possible, but the reality of it is that we can normally only make about 1 trip per week to the post office(We ship with UPS exclusively otherwise) to drop off the week's orders. Your order actually wasn't packaged up and ready for last week's run, so it will go out on this week's run. Rest assured, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. But, as per our FAQ, it does naturally take extra time to ship international orders(we normally exclusively ship w/ UPS only). If you're pressed for time and need parts quickly, then it's probably not a great idea to place an order with us from overseas. I do apologize for the inconvenience and delay in shipment, but for right now that's just the way it is.
Also, Evan and I have spent the last 2 days moving all of our equipment and furniture upstairs to our new office within the facility at Tischer: (This is right on our www.getbmwparts.com homepage by the way):

Therefore, we're just a tad behind on all of our e-mails and PM's. We're working extra hard to try to catch up on all of them, and I just came to yours. Also, I've been informed by one of our loyal customers of your post on E90Post as well. The post is horribly immature and extremely childish. I would recommend taking it down immediately, as I'll be just as happy to cancel your order and you can source your OEM parts elsewhere - your credit card hasn't been charged for anything yet. There is no need for that type of language/slander, and we're not going to tolerate it. Evan and I are here to provide the best service that we can with the resources that we're given. Just because we're a day or two behind on our e-mails due to a facility relocation does not give you the right to use those profanities and call us out for having horrible service on a public forum.



Again, I apologize for the delay in shipment - but our policies are clearly outlined on our site for to you read and familiarize yourself with BEFORE placing an order. We'll be more than happy to fill your order as soon as possible, but you'll have allow us the extra time necessary to ship an international package.

yea for sure, its understandable w/ wat jason just said. international orders normally take longer, especially if u're APO. i was in iraq, and i'm not sayin i ordered ne thing for my bmw while out there, cuz i didn't, but did order other things. and those things took longer than it'd normally take in the states. so OP, u gotta understand that cuz u're international, delivery takes more time, cuz they hav to pass thru customs and inspections, and yes, i also read that post too on their website, but i'm super happy w/ their service in gettin my cf splitters for them in a extremely fast manner wen i was expecting it much later than i got them.

I saw the title and I thought it was another one of those joke threads that people actually end up writing how awesome they are.

All he had to do was d/l AIM and ask via instant message rather than email, but he was too lazy to do that.

His loss. You guys (Evan and Jason) should just cancel his order and make him buy elsewhere. Somehow it seems like he'll never be happy even if he gets his parts.
