Advice needed! Dealer Scratched my tint

I just picked my car up from the dealership because the door actulator went bad and blew out my door fuses, anyways I realized there were many scratch/ dent marks on the drivers side window.. I called my SA and he said come in so the manager can take a look at it, what do you guys think my chances are of getting them to fix it..

I know when I got my tint, it included a "lifetime warranty" against this type of stuff. Maybe the place where you got it tinted can fix it.

depends on the dealer, if they are cool about it, they may just have it repaired for you. However, i would first try with going back to where you had it tinted as the previous poster recommended.
most dealers have disclaimers on not being responsible for aftermarket accessories

I have run into these issues w/ when people tint their windshields and removing state inspection stickers (its a legal issue) however i have been able to repair it every time

Besides, the argument of the scratches not being there prior to the repair being done should be a no brainer considering the TYPE of repair rendered.

Well, I took the car back in and spoke with the SA and the tech that worked on my car.. They said he didnt work on the drivers side door, so I dono.... The tint job was under the counter, no lifetime warranty for me.. Oh well..
