Seems like a pretty high drive off price, how much was your cap reduction?
I have a SG 325i with sport and steptronic,
3000 drive off
400 per month including tax

it doesn't seem like a horrible deal, but you might have been able to shave a bit more off either the monthly or the down payment..

Still, just enjoy the car for now and worry about the rest later!

Your profile says you sell Scions. Shouldn’t you know what a good or bad car deal looks like?

Why would you want to know now if you got a bad deal? Its too late to change anything. If you are concerned about the deal get the advice before you sign papers and take possession of the car. The only thing you can do now is enjoy your new car. No need to bum yourself out if your deal is bad. Go for a drive and don’t worry about deals until before your next purchase.

Im paying $675 per month x 60months(no down) = $40500 for base 325 with auto step only and nothing else.. comes out to $8100 per year to buy.

For your case 4000down+8400=$12400 divide by 2yr = $6200 per yr to lease.

it's the interest that in case of buying and it's the residual that in case of leasing

Just compare the capitalized cost on the lease paperwork with MSRP and invoice from various sources. That will tell you how good a deal you got. The rest are just number games.

Is that right? Don't you mean 30,500 for a base 325?

I would think that if you had to ask, you probably did overpaid it.
