A True dual filter intake.....aFe content inside

I just wanted to share some information on the new afe intake that was released this week.

Some of you may have already seen some of this in the other thread. Anyways, I live not to far from afe and they took photos of the new intake for the 335i using my ride! One of the engineers sent me the final photo.

I will get a kit next week, but when i saw it it looked really, really good. 2 filters and 1 piece tube with a chamber to balance the 2 filters in between.
It comes in oiled (Pro-5r) or non-oiled (Pro-dry s).

I will have a dyno sheet e-mailed in the next day or so once i get it i will post.
When i get more info i wil post some more.

greetz!

Nice. I look forward to the dyno sheet. Do you know the final price yet?

they look nice, that's for sure....need to see it setup in the engine bay for more opinions! good effort thus far, waiting for dyno results to see what they produce.

Looks like a nice kit, but I doubt there will be any significant improvement over regular dual cone setup.

looks much cleaner than the other dual cone kits. more symmetrical, not sure if theres any performance advantages though.

how is the piping? is it fairly straightforward? or are there lots of bends/kinks?

any pics of the unseen portion of the piping?

buttered: the dyno that you will post for this intake will reflect what other mods on your car? tune, etc.?

or is this only stock baseline vs. stock + intake?

From the other thread, I believe they said this was going to be around $400.
