Curious - you guys who are opting for oiled - why? Isn't it more work to maintain for unnoticeable gain?

I just said oiled since that is what I have always used (K&N, etc). Also, our cars dont have a MAF so you cant "over oil"

I guess that explains it then - didn't know we don't have MAFs in our cars. I thought almost all newer cars had them. Thanks for enlightening me!

Overoilling doesn't matter on our cars since we dont have MAF sensors.

Add me for Dry!!!!

Harold,

please add me for the DRY version, and PM me the group buy price? how long do we expect for shipping?

will PM ya separately for many other options i will be adding with you shortly... have been reading forums for a full YEAR, first time poster as new '08 335i sedan (April '08 build) just picked up 2 weeks ago... last car was an E46 M3 lease. this looks to spank that quite handily says the mechanical engineer.

separate question: does anyone have dyno results or observations on AFE Dual intake WITH RPI Air Scoops? curious... as not expecting much more, but have read many threads asking with not too many results other than RPI and stock or Helene box filter.

Thanks!!!
