In the photo everyone can see the brace is in a powdercoat grey. Is that the preferred color or would a nickel plate finish be more attractive?

Maybe put up some photos. Gray looks good to me! I am wondering if it is necessary on the E90, given the additional strength that the B pillar provides. I am still thinking shock tower brace, particularly with a stiffer suspension (coilovers etc.).

We will as soon as Hotchkis send us one! During the R&D process we were told not to take any photos!

Yes, the E9x M3 strut tower brace. Rears are just regular dampers, no struts back there.

That is one of the benefits of a repeat customer and write some great reviews on the products.

Harold I think we are to the point where you can start a thread in the Sponsor for sale section and link this thread to it.

May I also know what the OEM E90's and E92's brace weight, if you have these parts laying around.

Well, the OEM E90 brace isn't much of a brace. I'll post some photos tomorrow and you will know what I am talking about.

This is really helpful stuff -- great photos. I might note that stiffening up the chassis with a brace like this is a really important thing to do if you are stiffening up the suspension and/or upping the engine performance. In regard to weight, swapping a 5 lb piece for a 10 lb piece is normally not a good thing, but this amount is trivial given that it is in a low and central location, so it should have a minute effect.
