Installation cost for KW V3?

I am one of the lucky first few who is eagerly awaiting the arrival of my KW V3s from Modbargains. As I sit here in anticipation, I am wondering what I can expect for installation costs?

can someone just give us an idea of whats a reasonable price for the installation. I was also asking myself the same question as the OP. Just a general ballpark of what to expect.

+1

I wanted a general idea. $500? $700 $1000?

I priced installation of H&R sport springs and was quoted ~$500-$600 including alignment. Wondered if the KW V3s would be the same or more and if that was reasonable.

Thats a rip off. i paid $130 to install springs on my old car. seems like the going rate now is around $150-200. without alignment that is.

Wow. I dont think you should pay $500.00 to install a part that cost $200.00.

I have mine install at MachIII in san francisco about 9 months ago. not $900, not $700, not $500, it's even lower and that's included alignment. I don't know if there is any change with their price now. so just give them a call. look for ray.

$400 or so including alignment would be a good price.

A really good install place will charge about $400, and this will include corner balancing and alignment.

It should be here any day now. They were shipped out from Germany about 2 weeks ago. I bet everyone is anxious for theirs since the V3 has been on backorder for so long.

Mine took 4 hours to have installed. Unless you track the car corner balancing is not required. Depending on how slammed your car is you may also suffer some negative camber.

Paid 500 for mine with corner balancing. Probably paid a bit much but all the good shops in Seattle were charging the same.
