Navi Questions

I trying to figure out if it can or how to do two things right now.

1) get the distance I am from current to the destination.
2) get hotels, gas stations, atms etc.

Also reading the manual is VERY useful. It took me a couple of hours of browsing/reading the manual to learn so much and it is time well-spent.

The thread that Terps suggested still doesn't answer this question: How do you get these places sorted alphabetically so you can look up a specific place to make your destination? Listed by distance is pretty useless unless you're in the neighborhood.

I can see that sucking really bad if you have 100 listed in the address book.

I have scrolled through a whole list of dozens of restaurants within a quarter mile trying to find a specific one. God knows how many are on the list. Maybe it goes on forever with increasing distances. You basically have to know exactly where in order to find it !? Does that make sense?

It is really difficient and would benefit from allowing you to search by name to solve that type of problem.
