I'll send you a PM soon. As for the stiffness, you can make it pretty sporty or pretty luxurious as you want. It really depends on what you're going for--if you want it to be stiff, you can do that with these shocks. We've sold plenty of these to customer who wanted a much more sportier ride comfort.
