What's a Sway Bar?
An anti-sway bar is a suspension component designed to reduce body roll. It keeps your vehicle flatter in the turns by transferring the pressure exerted on the outboard wheels and applying opposite pressure on the inboard wheels. In this way weight is more evenly applied to all four wheels, helping the vehicle stay more level with the road.

Adjustability

Positive-placement rear bushing stops
To keep the tight-tolerance rear bar from shifting side-to-side, they are fitted with postiive-placement stops, which are rings around the bar that hold the bar in place against the bushings.

Powdercoated Finish
After the bars are CNC mandrel bent and the ends are forged and punched, a silver powdercoat is applied for a smooth, long-lasting finish in a similar process to how factory bars are coated. This smooth finish allows the bars, when properly installed with polyurethane bushings and grease, for long term performance with minimal maintenance.

Adjustable Endlinks
Adjustable endlinks for perfect fit and pre-load setup with any amount of suspension lowering. Endlinks have spherical bearing ends identical to the original equipment (OE) style for long noise-free life. No squeaking, clunking, or clicking as with "race" links.

Polyurethane Bushings
The SwayBarbarians include replacement delrin-lined polyurethane bushings which are built to "aircraft spec" (literally - our urethane fabrication facility uses the same material and production guidelines as they do for Boeing). This results in a durable bushing that will not disintegrate and has longer re-lubrication intervals for long lasting, quiet results. haha....I'm getting no times, my car fell off a jack and then subsequently has been experiencing crazy electronic quirks. I'm bringing it to the dealer AGAIN tomorrow

just wondering, the front sway, it's 27mm with non adjustable, and the oem is 26.5mm, non adjustable, what's the difference? 0.5mm? that 0.5mm will cost $309? i'm just asking question, no offense

Well, it's not just the size difference. It's also the quality of the UUC sway bars itself, and the front's compatibility with the rear. Also, the small details, like the bushing, is made sure to be of the highest quality to make sure everything runs perfectly. Plus, with the way UUC does R&D on these sway bars, it's amazing that BMW themselves don't equip the 3-series with these

It's a solid design, I don't know the exact stiffness numbers (maybe Dave knows can chime in)- it is adjustable the bar is thicker then the stock for sure.
