STAY AWAY FROM electronwoot.com (resolved)

After yesterdays posting regarding the poor customer service. I did recieve an email today with a copy of my receipt. I do apologize for sharing my situation with everyone on here. And I thank all of you for listening and sharing. If you do decide to deal with electonicwoot.com just have patience. I was told that the owner that takes the orders is Asian, therefore, his english is not the best. JUST BE PATIENT.... He delivers, the quality of my LED's are great. It only annoyed me when I wasnt able to get a receipt for my records. Thats why I originally posted STAY AWAY FROM electonicwoot.com

is there a rule that say u must own a company to sell anything?
D1 swoop can be one of the example /....he is a private seller
but he became a vendor because he wants to sell those swoops ....
but he doesnt mean he owns a company in order to sell these
umm...?

he actually sent u the product that u asked!
and u still want to return the item...

i requested a copy of a reciept. Not a phonecall back, nothing......Wouldnt it be nice to be able to have a reciept so you know how much you paid. Someone just PM'd me and said they had the same problem. But they ordered something and was billed twice. Never a phonecall back. So they disputed it on CC. I have no problem that this guy is selling items out of his house. But come on, return my call or send me an invoice. Something

well the company number is Derrick's number. He deals with everything personally, that's why I prefer to go to him, but this sounds kinda weird.

I didnt go for the AC Schnitzer Exhaust. Instead I went with Remus. Actually Remus makes it for ACS, so I figured go direct and save ssome money

I agree with OP. stay away from them. Very unprofessional. I tried buying something from a vendor here and posted my name on the GB list, they PM me and told me that they can give me a better price. Low ballers FTL.

I HATE how they post Random stuff in other vendors threads... THAT is BULL$HIT. i really have a dislike for these guys. Poor business ethics, Not respecting the rules, Not respecting Other Vendors, and Lastly, Spamming other users unwarranted

friend of mine bought a set of LED turn signals from this vendor. Upon about a week after install, 3 of the LED's went out causing the turn signal to error out and blink extremely fast.

Called Electronicwoot back, and they basically said they couldn't do anything because my friend had thrown out the original packaging. Was my friend suppose to expect the turn signals to blow out and keep everything just in case? A buyer should have the ease of mind that the products they purchase should work and if they don't, then the seller should assume responsibility.

what these guys did was offer him a slight discount, something like free shipping to get him another set. My friend offered to send them back the defective set too..shipping at his own expense as well. They did not accept so now my friend is basically running on messed up turn signals.

+1. Wtf is up with the spamming when they first got on the boards. Not one, not two, but three or more PM's about random stuff saying how they heard that I needed this product and such...making it seem like they care about everyone.
