so i take NO XPLODE every once in a while before i go to the gym. it gives you massive amounts of energy and a huge pump. but partially the reason i use it is when i drive my car there. seriously i drive my car like a fucking maniac when im on it. I know its the caffeine but damn i hit every single apex under full throttle. im out of control..its like i got balls of steel. im going to start taking it right before i hit the track

I just eat a healthy meal especially in the morning - a good solid simple breakfast with whole foods. Whole grains, fruit, juices, vitamins, milk. I never drink coffee. Makes me super alert while driving.

Make sure to let us know when your hitting the track up on it.

I'll make sure I'm as far away from there as possible. I don't think driving under a forced adrenaline rush is really the smartest thing to do.

The name NO XPLOD sounds like a medicine to control diarrhea...

Coffee is not good for me in the morning, i usually start out with a bowl of cereal and then 2 eggs, i scoop out the yolk...just eat egg whites

I use No Xplode as well but not for driving lol. You guys are EXTREME lol. It's a good pre work out supplement for me that's all.

Me too. Good pumps. Never driven like a maniac on it. I try to save my energy for the gym.

I thought it was just me

It's amazing stuff and I get noticeably bigger pumps. You get so much more out of it if you pair it with Cellmass directly after your workout.

Haha, I just try and eat a lot. I was too cheap to buy any supplements while in college and I just haven't really gotten into it.

its about he only supplement that works other than creatine which makes you shrink like your dick after a shower when the tub is done
