Suspension issues?

My dear wife hit a pothole on full speed and after that I have a small bump on the sidewall of my right front tyre. The wheel looks fine, and drove about 800 miles over almost a month after that without any loss of pressure etc, so I guess the hit was not that bad. However, sometimes when I turn the wheel to the left, I can feel tiny click in the very beginning of the motion. I cannot actually hear it, but I can clearly feel it with my hands. I cannot find any other issues -steering is not lose, car is not pulling to a side - but I am worried that this clicking may be a sign of something bad. What it might be? If you think I should have someone look at it, what place would you suggest?

BTW, I am selling the tyres now - either all four or just the good ones - they are almost new, except one has this stupid bump. Here is the for sale post:
