Angry E-Brake Removal....

i spent many attempts trying to remove my e-brake handle . i read the diy and i dont think this handle simply pulls out like the auto shift knob. i pull really hard with both the brake up and down and nothing. shit doesn't even wiggle out i even tried using a rubber hammer and that didn't work either....

Just pull with your entire body strength, just don't hit your face or smash the front windshield. If you are having real trouble, you can straddle the center console.

After I got mine off the first time it would always slip off easily if I pulled to hard. What I did was I bent the metal tab on the lever back out which locks it in place well.

I spent 30 minutes on my E46 e-brake handle...and was exhausted when it finally came off.
