Just finished the replacement of just the lens for the fog light of the 335i and I just followed the directions to replace the bulb but took it a step further once the panel was lifted back. Had to remove two screws (8 mm) on the left side and one on the right of the light, which was the hardest part. My lens had been destroyed on the highway by a rock so instead of getting ripped off by the dealership for $300 for an entire new unit, I spent $30 to buy an old unit off of e90 post (thanks to AllydNYC) and I am now back in business.
