BSW Stage I Audio Upgrade Review?

Please post a review once someone here does the install. I'm very interested in this upgrade myself.

Also, does anyone here know what other speaker company might compare to BSW speaker's quality?

We are about to start shipping. Expect some reviews soon

Our drivers are in line with MB Quart, Focal, Rainbow Audio etc. Those types of brands.

Really, who manufactures your speakers or do you build them in-house?

We design speakers here and in Chicago. Our drivers are built in Germany or Asia. It really depends on the driver itself. Many times custom built drivers will come from Rainbow Audio to our specs, such as our custom 2.5ohm 6x9s and 2ohm 6.25" midbass drivers for the e46.

Within weeks. Packaging and then freight shipping is what we are waiting on.

Will anyone in the nyc area sell these and install them or do i need to by direct from you and then go to any shop to install them? I would rather a professional pop them in instead of me.

We can ship direct and any local european/BMW shop could easily install if you decided you did not want to

Or you could pop in and see if the shop wants to setup a wholesale and they can order and you pay them and they install.

Interesting, I thought the Logic7 sounded amazing. I love to hear your kit in comparison.

I'd also love to hear the individual stereo...

which parts should be changed to get really good sound quality for stock e90? i dont think just changing the speakers will do it, but i dont know which next part is priority to change. the part in the dash? where?

sound quality is one of the things on my list of most important things about my car.

and whats the most economic way to get good xenon lights?

thanks

Hey Halston

Will you guys only sell this as a kit or will it be possible to buy separate?

I personally do not get any benefits from upgrading the rear speakers as I fade them out and only have them on when I’m using the phone,

I have always preferred fronstage with minimum rear fill, so I would be interested in upgrading the front speakers with better drivers,

I have the logic 7 system with the SWS8 Earthquake subs

Thanks

We are shipping Wagon/Sedan now. Coupe/Vert coming soon.

Right now it will be full stage 1 but we will soon offer individual upgrades as time allows. In the beginning thought it will be full upgrades.

Looking forward to this.

I have always regretted not getting the L7. How does the stage 1 compare to it?

The BSW Stage 1 will surpass the car with Logic7 in terms of sound quality. If you put a Stage 1 in the Logic7 it will then surpass that

In the cars that you have installed so far, do you feel like you have lost any volume with the upgrade? I would like to upgrade the sound quality but I don't want to sacrifice volume.

No volume lost. In the end you can listen at a higher level with less distortion So 'more' volume is gained, more usable volume.
