2009 328ix : $180 over invoice in NY - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I was just offered $180 over invoice on an 2009 328ix.

MSRP $40,775, Invoice = $37,770, Offer=$37,950.

Obviously, the invoice price not the cost to the dealer. I wonder if I can get them below "invoice"?

Why not give it a shot? I'd try to push the sales guy to the limit

The best I can get is $500 over invoice. In fact, the CA made it a point to tell me that a dealer has no incentive to sell under invoice as there aren't any factory to dealer incentives from BMW. I think $180 over is a good deal. If you can actually get them to go under invice I wouldn't mind buying mine at a dealer in Albany.

Internet sales Mgr in Ridgefield CT BMW offered me 200 over. They have Maco, I don't think we have maco in upstate NY.

john, you need to tell me where you went for this price! i live in queens so iv been checking out all of the dealerships on the island and im getting 3K over invoice. where did you go? and who did you deal with?

I just bought an '09 328i convertible for $75 BELOW invoice here in Western MA. Now is the time to buy an '09 since they're now considered leftovers and sales figures are so low.

hey, I know I might be late.

But does the invoice exactly same as shown in the PDF file (wholesale dealer invoice)? I got dealers added $350 to prepare the car, $100 Advertising (other than $180 training)....etc. And they quoted $32750 for the base model 2009 328xi, instead of $32475 shown in the PDF file. Thanks!

No way in hell will you get a base 328xi for $32,475. Straight up base 328 E90 will cost around $36,000, and that's "base" meaning it probably won't even have power seats.
