19" RFTs?

i am thinking about getting some 19" wheels, but im yet to find any 19" run flat tires. im gonna go with a staggered setup with 235/35/19 front & 265/30/19 rear.

I know many people say that RFT's suck performance wise, but i cant risk having a blowout since theres no spare in the e92.

so basically if anyone could help me find a set of 19" run flat tires and TPMS, itd be great if you can post a link to tirerack or whatever.

19" RFT will make your ride suck. You should ditch RFT tires... get a new set of regular 19" tires and put a compact spare tire in your trunk.

RFTs totally suck, it it wasn't for my tire and rim insurance from BMW i would have gotten rid of them a long time ago, but until this insurance runs out I am stuck with them...the ride is harsh as hell and they bubble up so easily whe u hit a significant pothole..If you are buying them yourself, ditch RFTs and go with regular rubbers for sure!

I dislike them as much as everyone else, but I'm the same way. I just replaced mine yesterday.

Michelin PS2 ZP's.

Yes. They're very common as standard equipment on later '08 and current '09 E92 and E93 models.

yes there are 19" run flats. They come on the e92 when you get the 19" style 230 option.

As Balthazar said, yes. I like them better than Bridgestones so far.

When I get a couple hundred miles on them I plan on doing a review.

There are no RF 235/265 options for 19 inch wheels. They are only 225/255 for 19 inch wheels.

You might as well just get non-RF tires and carry a space saver spare from leatherz.com. Its a small spare that you can easily carry in the trunk.

I am running OEM 230's with GY Eagle F1 Asym. in 235/265 and carry an OEM 162 rim with RF tire for a spare when I go on long road trips.

Otherwise, I live life on the edge without RF's...

The 230's come with Bridgestone RE050A runflats. The Michelin's don't come in the 19" size the last time I looked.
