-=EMS=- Active Autowerke Line up for your 335!

ACTIVE AUTOWERKE SHORT SHIFT KIT

Out of the arsenal for the 335i comes a short shift kit that offers drivers a much smoother and quicker shift than stock.
Consistent Engagement is the name of the game.
Our heavyweight 8.25 oz knob vs. the 3.25 oz BMW factory issue knob, gives the system the true feel of a performance BMW.
Installation of unit is a direct, plug-and-play replacement without the need for cutting, drilling or tapping.
Any doubts? Ask the guys at both Roundel and Bimmer who have both reviewed and praised it.
Shorter 1-2 Transition than Stock Shifter

Key Features
Modified carrier assembly
Shifter creates up to 30% shorter throw
Active Autowerke 8.25 oz Signature Knob
All mounting hardware included
Step-by-step installation instructions

MSRP 315+ SHIPPING

135/335/535 Active Autowerke BOV KIT

Our single BOV sports a huge venturi, designed to handle excess pressure build-up against the turbo compressor impeller blades. That pressure can cause the impeller to stop spinning (a.k.a. Compressor Surge),which can damage the compressor wheel and shaft. With our valve in place, the stock turbos are protected as the boost is raised – you can take HP to the stratosphere, enjoy the spoils of all that performance, and get that cool “whoosh” sound as your machine spits out excess inlet pressure.

All hardware & fittings have that quality factory look you demand, and are built to perform flawlessly under the most aggressive boost conditions.

Features
Key Features
High-efficiency single displacement BOV – takes place of two smaller plastic valves
Large opening can handle maximum boost, provide high flow
Proven and tested to handle 600+ HP
All aluminum venturi design with factory-style throttle clamp
CNC machined flange
Durable black powder-coated wrinkle finish
Illustrated instruction manual & installation guide for easy “Plug ‘n Play”

MSRP $595+ SHIPPING

135/335 Intercooler Kit

MSRP: 1365 + shipping

Factory intercoolers work well on factory x35i’s, but with added boost comes added heat load. To overcome this, Active Autowerke’s unit stands tall and way up front, catching more air with the help an 88% larger core and a specially designed shroud.

Our tests show an air temp drop of close to 30° F in the intake manifold, with a gain of 12 usable rear wheel HP on a Mustang MD250 dynamometer. btw: the ambient temperature in our shop measured a scorching 92°F during the session. This thing works.

ACTIVE AUTOWERKE 335 CAT BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM

You had the good sense to invest in a 335i. Why let back pressure rob your system of substantial HP and torque? Install our high flow stainless exhaust and increase exhaust airflow by 35-40%. Reap performance gains galore and gain a cool new muffler tone. Heck, you’ll even shed some pounds in the upgrade, like 35lbs. But who’s counting

Applicable for convertible models as well, just need the additional installation kit. Please advise your sales associate that your model calls for the installation kit at no additional charge.

This product comes complete with full warranty

Key Features
Dual 90mm stainless steel tips
Polished 100% 304 stainless steel
All Stainless steel hardware

Has anyone installed the BOV yet? How is it working with the current tuners available. I would assume a rich condition following throttle release seeing as the 335 is designed with MAF and recirculating setup.

Also, anyone have a comparison of this "ram-air" intercooler with ony of the other currently available.

I know, I know odd first post, I am seriously considering a 335 though as I am parting out my two blown tibs at the moment...they were fast as hell but sometimes you just have to raise your standards.
