Pretty much.
I put the CC back on and did some good pulls and pretty much blew out the pipes.

wow, I didn't know our engines have the PCV valve problem too. My last car (MKV VW GLI; 2.0T motor) had that problem and tuners actually went out of their way to make a fix for it. Here's a link: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=4014933

It's actually a revamp from what I had on my car which was 2 silicone tubes with a diverter so there will be no blowback, something like that, haha.

The problem that I was having was that I incorporated 2 long hoses for the catch can but took the catch can out.
There was such a long mode of travel for the gases and there wasn't enough pressure to get the gases "up and over" since gravity was a big part of this setup.

Once I added the catch can again, I did a couple strong pulls while letting off the gas quickly so there would be some serious blow by.

Also, Scalbert,
I looked again today and 14.4 was the peak but seemed to fluctuate between 13.8 and 14.2.
While keeping a steady speed on the highway, it pretty much stayed at 14.1-14.2

That is about what I would expect, an average near 14 VDC.
