I wanna pick up the best of the best, what do you recommend, The car is my Daily Driver but im young and dont car about ride quality , Any one of any ideas? and if i get springs would i have to do an alignment? and what would be a good price for installation??

KW's are usually good for our cars. You'd probably have to do an alignment after installation. Installation and alignment can run at least $400+

For a daily driver, I highly recommend the H&R Sport Springs which provide a noticeable drop and improvement in handling while still maintaining the factory smoothness and ride quality so the car can be driven daily.

Would stock shocks be able to handle the drop for prolonged use? 10k+ miles?

Certainly, you can easily get 10-20k out of the stock shocks although if you plan on keeping the car beyond 50-60k miles, you may want to consider shock replacements to cut down on labor charges.
